About

Hello, my name is Eric, and I am an experienced multi-trade contractor with over 18 years’ experience in the building and property maintenance industry. I specialise in painting and decorating and plastering, while also providing a wide range of other property maintenance and improvement services, including carpentry, tiling, flooring, bathroom repairs and refurbishments, and general maintenance. I work with homeowners, landlords and property professionals, providing a reliable and professional service from smaller repairs through to larger refurbishment and property turnaround projects. I take pride in the quality of my workmanship, attention to detail and keeping customers informed throughout the job. My aim is always to complete work to a high standard while ensuring my customers are completely satisfied with the finished result. I cover London and surrounding areas, with travel of up to 60 miles considered. I am Public Liability insured and happy to provide further details on request. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. I would be happy to provide advice and a quotation for your project
