R A Brown Heating Services Ltd are local award winning independent heating experts. We specialise in the design and installation of ground and air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems, energy-efficient gas heating systems and air conditioning systems. We have a team of qualified specialists and experienced engineers and pride ourselves on providing tailored heating solutions and installing quality energy efficient and renewable heating systems which are suitable for a customer’s individual property and lifestyle needs. We deal with a wide range of properties in Norfolk and North Suffolk, our projects range from small properties, barn conversions and other rural properties, holiday lets and commercial projects both on and off the gas grid, working with home owners, developers, businesses and community groups to ensure they achieve an efficient heating system to meet their needs. Our renewable heating showroom allows customers to be able to see these technologies and understand how the system will fit into their property. We have working displays of an air source heat pump, underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems in the showroom, allowing the customer to see these products in action and practice using the controls. Our installation and design work is regularly recognised and we have recently been nationally recognised as Heat Pump Installer of the year 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2025 and achieved Highly Commended as a Heat Pump Installer in 2021 and 2024. Our most recent award win was for an installation at a school in Norfolk, which we were awarded Commercial Air to Water Heat Pump Project of the Year 2026.
