About

Colin Home Service is a sole-trader handyman service covering the London Boroughs of Kingston upon Thames, Richmond upon Thames and Merton, including Wimbledon. I handle home repairs, flat-pack furniture assembly, shelf, mirror, blind and curtain pole fitting, painting and decorating, and under-sink water filter installation and maintenance. What sets me apart: you deal directly with me, not a call centre or subcontractor. Send a few photos, a list of jobs and your postcode, and I will confirm the scope, price and availability before any booking is made. Several small jobs can go on one list and be quoted together, so you are not paying a separate call-out for each. I also tell you plainly when a job needs a qualified specialist, such as certain plumbing or electrical faults, rather than taking on work I should not do.
