Important: Additional Restrictions May Apply in Cambridge

What About Building Regulations?
Building regulations approval is not usually required
Carports are normally exempt from Building Regulations as open-sided structures under 30 square metres. If enclosed, the same rules as outbuildings apply based on floor area and proximity to boundaries.
